Terms and Conditions for Equipment Hire
1. Responsibility of the Hirer
• The hirer is responsible for the proper use, maintenance, and safeguarding of the equipment during the hire period.
• Any damage, loss, or theft of the equipment must be reported immediately, and the hirer may be liable for repair or replacement costs.
2. Hire Duration
• The hire period starts on the specified start date and ends on the specified end date as indicated in the form you will fill in.
• Late returns may incur additional charges. Extensions to the hire period must be requested in advance and are subject to approval.
3. Payment and Charges
• Full payment for the hire must be made prior to the start date unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Additional charges may apply for late returns, damage, or special requests not covered in the initial agreement.
4. Equipment Condition
• All equipment is inspected and provided in good working condition. The hirer should verify this upon receipt and notify 1st Woodley of any pre-existing issues.
• The hirer agrees to return the equipment in the same condition as it was received, barring normal wear and tear.
5. Liability
• 1st Woodley is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by the use of the hired equipment.
• The hirer assumes all risks associated with the use of the equipment.
